Milo Cookies for the sweet tooth.
If you have a few teenagers and their friends running around the house this summer you’ve probably heard them saying,
“I want sugar”. Let them try this recipe to satisfy their sugar cravings.
Ingredients:
2 rolls of Maria cookies (about 65 cookies)
½ tin of Milo (about 200 grams)
1 -1 1/2 can condensed milk
A lightly buttered mould or casserole dish
Optional
Add ¼ cup of crunchy peanut butter to the mixture
Method:
Process the Maria cookies in the food processor until fine.
Add the Milo and process it again.
Pour the entire content of the condensed milk and pulse it a few times until all the cookie crumbs are incorporated.
Empty the content from the food processor into the dish and press it down with a wooden spoon or your fist.
Use a ziplock bag over your fist if you don’t want the mixture to stick to your fingers.
*Important
Cut the cookies to desired size before refrigerating it for four hours or overnight.
Prep time
Takes about 15’ to prepare and it’s gone within 5’
You can still eat it without refrigerating.
No cooking required and kids can have fun too pulverizing the Maria cookies.
