Chicken soup that works.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

4 cups chicken stock<\/p>\n

1 potato peeled and sliced to 1\/8 inch thickness<\/p>\n

1 tomato skinned and diced<\/p>\n

3 clove garlic<\/p>\n

2\u201d ginger sliced<\/p>\n

5 cloves<\/p>\n

1\/2 \u00a0tbls thyme<\/p>\n

10 black peppercorns<\/p>\n

3 tsp salt<\/p>\n

1 spoon white rice washed<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

Place all ingredients into a pot (except the rice and let it come to a roaring boil.<\/p>\n

After the soup boils, reduce the heat and add the rice.<\/p>\n

Let the soup simmer for 20\u2019.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Serve with saltine crackers. It will make any sore throat feel better within minutes.<\/p>\n

Remove the peppers, clove, garlic and ginger before serving unless if you want to eat them.<\/p>\n
