You will need a bread Machine and about 2 hours for this recipe.<\/p>\n

Wet Ingredients:<\/p>\n
1 cup milk or evaporated milk from the can<\/p>\n
3 tbls margarine<\/p>\n
1 tbls olive oil<\/p>\n
3 tsp herb salt<\/p>\n
1 tsp cumin seed<\/p>\n
3 tbls white sugar<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Dry Ingredients:<\/p>\n
3 tsp instant dry yeast<\/p>\n
2 cups white flour<\/p>\n
3-4 cups wheat flour, more or less<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Egg wash<\/p>\n
1 egg yolk beaten<\/p>\n
A pinch of salt<\/p>\n

- To make bread using a bread machine first of all you have to know all the settings on your bread machine. You have to know it well.<\/li>\n
- Use the dough setting of your bread machine to make the dough.<\/li>\n
- I have to place all the wet ingredients into my bread machine first so I\u2019ve categorized the ingredients accordingly.<\/li>\n
- It takes about 15\u2019 to fill the bread machine the night before. The dough will take the whole night to rise slowly.<\/li>\n
- Shape it and pop it into the oven the next day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

- Add the wet ingredients into the bread machine first, in no particular order.<\/li>\n
- Then add all the dry ingredients.<\/li>\n
- The flour goes in last on top of all the other ingredients.<\/li>\n
- Put the yeast in the middle of the flour and push some flour over to cover the yeast.<\/li>\n
- Start the machine. From time to time use a spatula and push the dough sticking to the side of the wall to the center.<\/li>\n
- The finished dough should be in a non-sticky ball. It shouldn\u2019t stick to your fingers.<\/li>\n
- Add the flour a little at a time until the dough reaches the right consistency.<\/li>\n
- At the end of the cycle take the dough out and let it proof for an hour to two outside on the kitchen table.<\/li>\n
- After the dough doubles in size, take it out of the bowl and punch it down again until the bubbles disappear.<\/li>\n
- Shape the dough into desires shape and size and let it proof again.<\/li>\n
- Mix the egg and salt together and brush it over the dough.<\/li>\n
- Bake it in the oven for 35\u2019 at 300 degrees.<\/li>\n
- A skewer inserted into the bread should come out clean<\/li>\n
- Brush the top of the bread loafs with butter immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
