Oxalate content for lambsquaters is amongst the highest. Boiling them removes the oxalic acid.<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

3 handfuls of lambsquaters, leaves only, blanched in boiling water for 4\u2019.<\/p>\n

1 tbls olive oil or butter<\/p>\n

salt and pepper, optional<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

Strain the lambsquaters from the water.<\/li>\n

Mix in the olive oil or butter.<\/li>\n

You can add salt and pepper if you like.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
