1. Add the flour \u00bd cup at a time to combine the mixture to form a firm consistency.<\/li>\n
2. You should be able to form a non-sticky ball in your hands.<\/li>\n
3. Pat the ball down like a patty.<\/li>\n
4. Heat a little oil in a skillet and fry the patties for 6′ a side.<\/li>\n
5. Alternatively, the balls can also be deep fried.<\/li>\n
6. The zucchini patty doesn’t need much cooking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
